Big Red Juice Truck started with a simple question: why does "fresh juice" usually come in a carton with a month-long shelf life? We wanted something different — juice made the same day it's sold, from fruit that hasn't been sitting in storage.

Today, we roll through Springfield in our signature truck, pressing cold juices and blending smoothies from whole ingredients. No concentrates. No added sugars. No preservatives. Just real fruit, real vegetables, and real flavor — the way it should be.
